When the Company requests customers, shareholders or other persons (“Holder(s)”) to provide their personal information, the Company will notify or publicly announce the purposes of use in advance. Without the consent of Holders, the Company shall not use any personal information for any purpose other than the purposes of use.

The Company will use personal information obtained by it (such as name, address, date of birth, employer, phone number and email address) for the following purposes:

<Ⅰ> Personal information on customers

(1) To provide the Company’s group’s products such as ceramics for construction (the “Company’s Products”) and services;
(2) To deal with, check, and keep records of, inquiries or requests for consultation from customers;

<Ⅰ> The Company will not provide any personal information received from a Holder to any third party unless:

(1) The provision is made with the consent of the Holder;
(2) Personal information is provided in accordance with laws or regulations;
(3) The Company engages such third party to perform all or part of the handling of the personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (in which case, the Company will take measures such as entering into a confidentiality agreement); or
(4) Personal information is statistically processed or aggregated in a manner that a Holder cannot be identified.

<Ⅱ> To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may use personal information jointly with the Company’s group affiliates.

4. Management of personal information and cookies on the Website

The Company manages personal information of Holders in an environment not accessible by third parties and takes appropriate measures to prevent personal information from being leaked, altered or misappropriated. In addition, the form to be used by Holders when they provide personal information uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with the view to ensuring security.

To further improve the protection of personal information and to deal with changes in laws, regulations or other rules, the Company may amend its Personal Information Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, procedures for disclosure, or other prescribed matters without any prior notice.
